The company MICROMED Medizintechnik GmbH was founded by Dipl.-Ing. Eduard Steidle in 1998 and had its first location in Tuttlingen-Möhringen. In 2007, the company moved to the municipality of Wurmlingen near Tuttlingen.
MICROMED Medizintechnik GmbH is an innovative, medium-sized company that specializes in the development and manufacture of electrosurgical devices and the accessories required for them. Over the years, the product range has expanded and now also includes instruments for microsurgery and laparoscopic surgery.
The high quality of our products is now recognized and appreciated worldwide. The safety of patients and users as well as the efficient handling of processes and customer orders is our top priority.
Quality management is an important part of our daily processes. Our products are certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 13485 and bear the CE mark in accordance with Directive 93/42/EEC of the Medical Devices Act.

We offer you a comprehensive range of services. This primarily includes recoating of all makes of tweezers, functional testing of HF accessories and STK service (safety inspection, which is required by law every 24 months). We will be happy to provide you with detailed advice on general product issues at any time.
Dialog with customers is particularly important to us. We are regularly on site at Medica in Düsseldorf and will be happy to inform you about the latest product innovations. We can also respond directly to your needs there.
